AL-ANON "VOICES OF HOPE" FAMILY GROUP
Mondays 5:30 pm

Al‑Anon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking. By sharing common experiences and applying the Al-Anon principles, families and friends of alcoholics can bring positive changes to their individual situations. ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS (AA)
Monday & Tuesday Evenings (see calendar for times and details)

Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem. To learn more about AA, visit aa.org.

TOPS: TAKE OFF POUNDS SENSIBLY
Thursdays 5:30 pm

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) mission is to help and support our members as they take off and keep off pounds sensibly. Meetings are every Thursday at Lyndale Baptist Church. Our weigh ins begin at 5:30pm and our meeting/program begin at 6:00pm. For more information about TOPS, visit www.tops.org .
